Can you extract the page/story content via mySql from one site and import it into another?
Or is it more complicated, that is, more than one table is involved?

I'm looking to do this in a quick and dirty way, w/o modules.

I think there are at least three tables (node, node revisions, sequences) involved. Maybe more. I know that it is possible to copy/move entire databases via SSH from one server to another; not sure whether you can do that with individual tables or not.
