Updated node_example.module to use the new Forms API

The attached patch updateds the node_example.module to implement hook_node_info() and use the new Forms API.

I don't think that node_example_view() and theme_node_example_order_info() are current/the right way to do things but I wasn't sure how to correct it. Perhaps someone else could take a look at that?
