Apologises if this post is in the wrong place,

But something weird is going on with my Primary menus in my sub-domains. I have succesfully got it all working but in my test sub-domain the selected menu for the Primary menu loses some of the css stuff from the main style sheet. Using Devel and firebug to inspect what was going on showed that the css sheet being used was the rather catchily named sites/default/file/css/0b9e05542821ec37bdfef250f7a85ff6.css and not the one specified in the theme. Closer inpection showed that the style sheet had some of the items pertaining to the primary menu ie active and selected disabled. What causes this? Is it a Drupal problem or something to do with the domain module?

I tried re-building the menu, but that seemed to do nothing.

Any Ideas?

Update,

Disabled CSS caching and Javascript caching seems the class="active" isn't being transfered in the sub domain Primary Menu

No idea. The funny name of the css is generated by the Color module when using a theme such as Garland that changes colors.

See http://api.drupal.org/api/function/menu_navigation_links/6 for a good place to start debugging.

(And please use descriptive titles, not panicky ones.)

I have contacted the author of the theme http://drupal.org/node/343273

The css that seems to get lost:

a:hover, a:active, li a.active {
color: #f66;
outline: none;
text-decoration: none;
}

Any ideas?

It is not a css issue. It is a code issue. Probably deep within the menu system.

Try http://api.drupal.org/api/function/menu_tree_page_data/6.

It looks like the "in_active_trail' gets set in http://api.drupal.org/api/function/_menu_tree_data/6
