Add option to show node immediately and not the pager if only one node is assigned to a term

Here is the patch against taxonomy_menu.module if you want show the node immediatly and not the pager if only one node is assigned to a term. For more information http://drupal.org/node/34311
With this patch you have a new option for the taxonomy_menu-settings to enable this feature (enabled by default).
