When developing complex forms it's pretty handy to temporarily remove a field from output without deletion.
It's important to have these elements still in the structure of the overview when disabled.
After the first iteration of a complex form design one start to restructure things and try to replace and optimize. Right at this moment this feature would greatly improve productivity.
I'd suggest adding a column "remove" to temporarily remove fields from output.

quicksketchPerhaps "disable" would be more accurate? Having options for both "remove" and "delete" isn't going to lead anywhere good. Either way, I'm not sure this would be a good feature for everyone.

quicksketchMost likely this would only be implemented as #313639: Public vs. private components , which could be used for the described purpose in this issue.
