Problem Forum Modul, Drupal 4.6

Hello,

Installed the forum module (uieforum) in my drupal 4.6 site. I can set up the forum, and containers, but there is no way to visit the containers or post anything. Just a blank screen is shown.

I've been struggling many many days and find no solution. I've set all permissions, activated the taxonomy module, tried all type of settings. I don't see anything to solve the problems.
One thing to remark is that I don't find 'forum' as content type, the only content types I have is 'page' and 'webform', I don't know if there should be any content type named 'forum' after installing the forum module.

If anybody can help me out I would be very grateful.
