Problem with nodes when upgrading 4.6.3 ->4.7

When I update my database from 4.6 to actual cvs-version the nodes are not accessible anymore for me as user no. 1.
When i want to view a node I get 'Access Denied' page. On Frontpage and lists, the nodes are listed but without (you can see the count of nodes) but without titles, teaser, links ...
