Issue Summary
Can't seem to find any install instructions for this, am I missing something?
Seems like you can run the mySQL in phpadmin to create the tables
and/or run the php somehow?
I can probably figure it out but are there really no instructions at all?

DB tables are created automagically. There is a single setting under site configuration >> blockcache. Otherwise, the module works great at least for me.
