Rather than having this module appear in the section "Other" in the modules list on a site, I'd like to suggest it appear in a section "Administration". Any site that uses Administration Menu will already have this section anyway, and it seems a more logical place for this module, given it is really focussed only on Admin users.

To achieve this, the following line needs to be added to masquerade.info:
package = Administration
(note no quotes)

I could roll a patch if you like, but...

According to http://drupal.org/node/231036, packages shouldn't be used except for multi-module suites. Of course, other modules do it, but I think it's best to follow the docs where possible.
