I am using Drupal 6.6
What I want to do:
I want to remove the Syndicate block from the home page and add another block for a separate feed which I have created - no problems there.
But, I want this new block to be the default RSS feed, I managed this temporarily by modifying the htaccess to point rss.xml to the required feed... but once I remove the syndicate box the feed link disappears.
I know that if I 'Promote to front page' that this would then make that content appear in the default feed, but I don't want the content shown on the front page other than in the block on the right bar.
This may well be achievable by editing the source code, but at the moment I do not have access to a decent PHP editor so I am wondering if this is possible another way..
