I want to provided limited admin access to Site building -> Blocks
I've created a dashboard to simplify content administration and it's working great. However, all the additional blocks it requires have muddied up admin/build/block. For example, I now have the default "Recent Comments" block with my view which adds the "Node: Delete link" field. Other blocks like past events or unpublished content are appropriate for a dashboard but not for the front-end. I can limit access by role, but I don't want admins to be confused by enabling blocks that are not visible to all roles.
Is there a way Views can generate a list of select blocks, allowing an admin to ability to sort and enable. Additional gratitude will be heaped upon you for the ability to require a specific number of Blocks per region (Four Blocks in the left sidebar is required).
