1) how can I use that described feature?
I assigned a ad group to a content type but now i wanna restrict the members of the group depending on taxonomy terms.

2) Is it possible to us the [[add]] with an group or an specific add id?

Please review the inline documentation that comes with the ad_embed module to learn how to display a specific ad (see admin/help/ad_embed). The module is a bit of a kludge, but it is well documented.
