View 2.0's problem, cannot find taxonomy term filter ?

Anyone know what is going on here? I am trying to filter the taxonomy terms but could not find it?

I click the '+' for filters, set 'Groups' to 'taxonomy' and see two choices, 'Taxonomy: Term' and 'Taxonomy: Vocabulary'

and I only see two items as below

Taxonomy: Term ID
Taxonomy: Vocabulary

where is the Taxonomy: Term. I do not see Taxonomy: Term

I think I got some problem here. The taxonomy filter block doesn't appear at all. Any clues?

With a view set to display items of type node, under 'Filters' (far right column) for taxonomy I see

Taxonomy: Term
The taxonomy term ID
Taxonomy: Vocabulary
Filter the results of "Taxonomy: Term" to a particular vocabulary.

using views 6.x-2.1
