no send page, settings page incomplete

I have just installed the module, but it doesn't work properly.

when i go to the settings page: /admin/user/invvoucher it only show me one fieldset: Email settings. I can also add a Registration URL path, but that's it. I cannot set anything else. I guess there must be more, or how else would I be able to set the variables such as number of registrations per voucher, etc.

there's no actual page where i can send any invitations.
