compatible with pathauto?

thanks for this module.
It uses the true url for each menu item. It would be good if it was compatible with pathauto so that it used the alias instead if there was one.
Also, I'm testing the module on a site that is installed in a subdirectory, and quickmenu creates urls for the menu items that don't take this into account. Is there a simple fix for this?
