Migration to D6 is a low priority now, until we get more developers working on this.

I did a little porting work for this module whilst sitting on a plane.. before I polish it up and submit it here I wanted to make sure someone will review and commit the port?

It'll be a little while until I get back to this, due to hardware issues that I won't get around to fixing until next month (need a SATA ZIF to USB adapter :)

Don't they make portable usb drive devices that do this? Like you insert your sata laptop drive into the device and it allows you to plug it in via usb to another computer?

Anyhow, keep the beverage of your choice out of the laptop ;)
