Release notes

Fix up a couple of menu issues and reorganise the includes a bit to make the module better laid out.

Changes since DRUPAL-6--2-0-BETA7:

  • #336586 fix up menu issue and not passing profile id.
  • Move inc/admin.inc to simple_access.admin.inc
  • Reorganise simple access and split out the themes
