Duplicated entries in tables (voc tables)

If you define a terms as having two or more parents, then it appears multiple times in the vocabulary tables.

I have a patch that fixes the problem. It is just adding one line.

Also, would it be possible to get a -dev version so we do not need, dumb users, to know which branch/version we need to upload?
