Hi,

you can add profile field and enable it in registration form,
or you can also add content profile module to save your profile as node

Tanks for your replay. I have another qus..

I add some filed in registration content type by using cck...pls tell can i add this content type or fields(which are created using cck) or
pls tell How i add the Content type to new user registration form...

Please, you have to understand that the forum is not here to solve all your problems from beginning to end. Search Drupal.org (suggested keywords: 'user profile', 'nodeprofile, 'bio'), read the documentation and try it out on a test server. If you can't get is working, come to the forum and ask questions that are more specific than "pls tell me how to do this".
