This bug is not always present.

Here are steps :
Create a feed
Don't refresh feed (to create items)
Launch manually the cron
Items created from feed have all the same date creation, the cron date.

"This bug is not always present." - I'd bet that this only appears for some feeds only :) If this is the case, it would be good to see feed URLs.
