Description
Storm is a welcome addition to any Drupal installation, especially intranet sites.
Is it possible to add an equipment form that can be tracked through projects and tasks?
The equipment form should have input for equipment name, equipment type, equipment tracking number, equipment serial number. And if possible, have a few CCK input fields trackable through Storm.

I don't quite get what you're trying to track with this. Can you provide a slightly more detailed use case?
For example, I don't see how it would integrate with Storm, unless perhaps you wish to track projects that occur on that equipment? I suspect what you'd like here is going to be quite specialised for your installation.

Well, the original name for this module is "SpeedTech Organization and Resource Manager". This is why this feature request is asking for a resource manager inside Storm.
What we have in mind is to be able to track project that requires hardware in addition of team members.
Let's see we need to go out for a video shooting, this would be a task attached to a larger project. With resource management, we could then assign a camera or any other piece of equipment to a task or a project. When the project would be completed, the resource would be released.
In one other example, let's see we need to have regular tasks in a meeting room. Resource management would let us track room availabilities and assign a room to a project or task.
I would love to see something generic, though.

I'm going to ignore the original name for the module for purposes of deciding on features - instead I think the features should come from the users' needs.
I see what you mean re the equipment now. Not sure how the best way to implement etc. yet, so i'd ask for anyone else who wants some sort of equipment tracking to comment on how they might use it and we'll go from there.
