Looking for a Drupal Developer to help on sports2debate.com for a few incentive programs!!

Dear Developer,

I have a website www.sports2debate.com, and there are a few things that my current developer cannot do for us. We are looking for someone to create two new items to our website.

1. sports pickem (someting easy and give points to are customers)
2. a spreadsheet that will be a type of set up for a croney system. We are looking to give a gift certificate to each person that invites 10 members and each of them get 25 points. We need a sheet that keeps track of who invited who, and how many points those invitees have gotten.
