It looks like rather than submitting some bug fixes to the pngfix module mrjeeves went and created a duplicate pngbehave module:

The PNG Behave! module was developed using:

Pieces of the PNG Fix project,

It's less than a week old so I think we should nip this in the bud and get mrjeeves working with Rob Loach on fixing bugs in the pngfix module.

Rob has posted an issue in the pngfix issue queue to try to open a dialog about merging them: #344533: Merge PNG fix & PNG behave! modules
