multiple taxonomy terms in summary table

A very nice feature of the summary table is that it outputs a new row for each vocabulary that you may have added to your recipe submission form.

So, you might have:

Dietary Info - vegetarian

If more than one term is entered for that vocabulary, however, only the first of those terms appears. So if a user chooses both vegetarian and vegan, the row looks like this:

Dietary Info - vegetarian

Is there any way to output all terms entered for a particular vocabulary in a summary table row?
