Hello,
I would like to know if anyone can assist me in a step by step of what to download for having a feature to upload video to the site http://www.theelijahexpress.com. When I log into the site, and click create content, then videos, this is what it looks like:

I have no option of being able to upload a vid directly from my PC system. The reason I would like this option is because we (me and the guy who the site is about) would like the videos to just for the site and can't be taken such as if it were on YouTube, Daily Motion, etc. Before the server move and loss of data last week, there was a "Browse" button option that was required when only uploading vids, which when click it would bring up my system files. What would I need to download in order to add a feature for uploading vids to the site, and also, what would be my next step after the download. I would truly appreciate any help.
