Have been working on it. There is one bug with it so far, but I will put it out there so maybe someone else can take care of it for me ;)

Problem: the block Content is not loading - thus not adding any of the JS files - when I add it to the content region. Will get an updated version online to test as soon as that is fixed.

The d6 version - as patched from the D5 dev. Someone please correct me if this is the incorrect way to patch the file for a new D6 version.

Hi Jeremy,
set to active again. I installed the 6-beta 1 module, but no settings page /geomap is arising. admin/settings/geomap is not giving anything.

a commit didn't take where I thought it had. Beta1 must be ignored, after testing I updated to beta2. Sorry, am just getting the hang of this SVN setup - ours at work is a bit easier and I use eclipse ;)

Please test Beta2. After a few minor fixes, I hope to release it then get going on 2x branch

Yep, now the setting is showing. But wouldn;t it be great, if gmap is installed, that it than takes the gmap id from that setting?
