Warning + not all fields aggregated

Description
When I demo'ed this module recently, I got this error
warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/rdf_demo/sites/all/modules/feedapi_rdf/feedapi_rdf.module on line 291.
and not all feeds from the KML feed were aggregated. The data store looked somewhat mangled.
If I remember right we used this KML feed

I couldn't reproduce this error after the demo on a different install.
