Galaminds - http://www.galaminds.com is a site where you can get an instant Drupal Website with few clicks. No need to spend time in days/weeks of installation, configuration, design, development, themeing, hosting, etc challenges. Its brilliantly simple!
Gloscon - http://www.gloscon.com and OpenKick - http://www.openkick.com teams worked for over 2000 hours to envision, architect and build this Instant Drupal website solution.
1) Select a Solution
2) Choose a Theme
3) Make Payment
4) Point your DNS to our host
Bingo! you get a pre-configured Drupal Site INSTANTLY - hosted and fully supported on our servers.
We used Drupal, Ubercart, Install Profile and custom themes for this solution.
Presently the solutions are available for Corporates and Professionals ( Doctors and Lawyers). We will soon be adding many more solutions.
We do envision challenges in scalability as customers sign up but its a good problem to have.
If you have used Google Sites - you would appreciate the simplicity of getting a Drupal site up and running with current Galaminds solution.

very exciting!
This is a very exciting idea. Lullabot's secret project and Bryght offer similar service so it's great to see competition to drive the edges of possibilities in this space. Anything that will help the adoption is a good and making it easy to get a site up and running is a big part of that.
I do have two concerns about this. First, http://www.galaminds.com/CHANGELOG.txt Says the site is 5.1. Hopefully it's 5.1 with the security patches applied, but even better would be to get all the bugfixes that have happened since 5.1.
Second, one thing that I would want to see as a customer is a backup solution that puts the backup in my hands. I see on http://www.galaminds.com/features that you offer everyday backups of code and database. Do the customers get those backups or do you keep them?
In total, though, congratulations on launching the service! Very exciting.

high pricess?
I just now looked at the prices. If we compare yours to bryght's solution they seem quite high. I guess that the value to justify the premium prices is in the installation profile?
Perhaps you could provide a screencast to show the benefits of the profile to help convince users that this is worth it.

Install Profiles + Integrated Theme
Greg,
You are right. The value is in installation profile + choosing the theme from those available and apply it to the solution at the time of selection + annual hosting fees.
Anyone developing a site will spend anywhere between 2 weeks to 6 weeks(depending on their drupal knowledge) to put up an SEO friendly site, host it and then manage the backups, etc. We just made the whole process much simpler.
We started with these two simple solutions but in next 12 to 18 months we will be offering many more instant Drupal solutions in areas of dating(e.g http://www.gujaratimatrimonial.info), job portals(http://www.surreyemployment.info), business directories(http://www.surreydirectory.info), magazines, industry associations/ chamber of commerce solutions.
This is a long journey and we see many others will follow. We just have to continue to innovate.
I must say that I got this idea to build something like this in 2006 when I was listening to Boris Mann's presentation on Installation profile. We began research work right after in 2006 but we couldn't take the Drupal 4.7 anywhere close to where we could launch it. There were still few manual steps required on backend while I wanted it to be fully automated.
We kept working hard and took few U turns because we wanted a solution that is simple, scalable and we knew with good amount of hours and some solid coding, we can do it in Drupal. Well, its now out there and ready to use.
We will be signing up 10 to 15 customers first in the initial. Then pause and get feedback and then go on adding more customers in a staggered way.

Thanks Greg!
Greg,
Thanks for the good wishes. We will soon be publishing a comparison chart. We have ran more tests and closed as many security loopholes as possible compared to other solutions out there.
I really like your idea of giving backup in hands of customer. We will try and setup a FTP location where client can get access to his own daily backup of previous 30 days.

CHANGELOG.txt gone?
It seems like the CHANGELOG.txt has been deleted rather than updated...
bryght is closed

Some caution
is in order. This user has had his share of negative feedback in the past. Search drupal.org and Google and in overall, be cautious.

Re : Feedback
Here is my say on feedback.
It has been strategized for negative publicity and have no substance or backing.
We have zero tolerance against financial defaulters and in open source services sector I'm sure others will follow the trend. Most companies don't deliver code to customers if they don't pay up.
In our case, we deliver the code and not let customer's business be impacted. Few customers disappear and because of our Zero Tolerance policy, there is friction that is visible and we are fine with that.
Just like Clients who would like to report about a developer who ran away after taking money as you see a lot on drupal.org, people should know about Clients who run away taking services.
Competitors take this as opportunity and secretly join the party. Some others write as they don't want to see company from India to gain traction in this space.
Roshan
Congrats!
Congratulations, Roshan! I posted a notice of your launch in my blog, and will be interested in hearing how things go.
Cheers,

Thanks Tom,
We are very excited. http://www.jatindshah.com is the first site that has gone live with this solution from an existing theme. We also have a NY client who has signed up and is adding content to the site as we speak. They will be providing their custom design this week and we will be themeing it as soon as we get the creatives.
