Whenever I set the rotor banner block to any region(eg. header, content, footer), my lucid menu's menu items and menu disappear, except the menu bar itself.

This page, http://yayem.com/links , has no rotor banners; however, it shows the lucid menu fine.
This page, http://yayem.com , has a rotor banner, but the menu items in lucid menu disappears.
