Custom page in html doesnt interact well in themed mode

I created a long initial html page of welcome to my site, and configure it for themed, I used the manji theme and also happens the same with the pushbutton theme, it doesnt handle the content of my page inside the theme, rather it get over the theme, well sorry my english no to good explaining, Im attaching a screenshot so you can see what I mean...
