Description

initially the available length of the fields in the module were not long enough for my id's, i changed the module so that the field lengths were longer, but when i try to join the newsletter as a user it says simply "There was an error joining to newsletter." and doesn't work. I know they are in the works of updating their api and was wondering if this module still works or still plans on working with the updates. my account is relatively new so i don't know if the list id and client id used to be shorter. any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

It looks like at the end of November, Mailbuild (http://www.mailbuild.com/) and Campaign Monitor (http://www.campaignmonitor.com) merged, and in doing so, their api changed also. Haven't had too much of a chance to look into it, but I can see that this module using the old api still works if you have old api account details saved somewhere, or already functioning in a website. Here's the note from my account in Campaign Monitor:

Sorry, but your current API key is old and should be updated. Any existing code using this key will still work, but you'll need to update your key to use any of the newer features of the API...

I guess what this means, is that for anyone looking to use this module to setup connectivity with Campaign Monitor with a new account (using the new campaign monitor api) won't be able to do so until the module is updated to reflect the new api changes.

Let me know if I can help out in anyway, testing etc.

Cheers.

Just replace the old url http://app.campaignmonitor.com with the new http://api.createsend.com/api/ and all should work fine. After a quick look it seems that the api is the same.

Sorry, I have been urgently working on something during this time. Unfortunately the Campaign Monitor/MailBuild merge happened at the worst time possible for me. It seems my website that was with Campaign Monitor still works fine, has anyone with a Campaign Monitor account had any issues? Or is it just people switching from MailBuild?

Any sort of breakdown of exactly what I need to test would be great. I will have a look at the API to see if there were any major changes that affect this module, but any clear errors that people find, and how to reproduce them would be great. I'm on holidays at the moment, so I should be able to fix it up.

Cheers,
Stephanie

Ok, I'm marking this as fixed because I have released versions for 6.x and 5.x that work with the new API.
