If I display a comment form in Panels2, and have TinyMCE enabled, I get 2 text editors/2 'enable rich-text' links. Similar to the FCKEditor issue: http://drupal.org/node/327490.

This version of TinyMCE is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
