Is it possible to have social flagging?
Ex:
I flag a node I like.
Someone else likes that same node and flags it too.

Can I be notified that someone shares a flag with me? Can I view all people that share the same flag as me? This would be great because it can spark relationships of interest. So if I like elephants, I can find other people who like elephants too!

I guess this is like social bookmarking. Is this possible?

Not yet. The #312259: Investigate subscription / notification solutions issue could address this as well. I've added a little note there. So I'm marking this a duplicate.
