I thought vBDrupal was the only alternative to get vbulletin and drupal to work together.
But now i see there is a module with even Drupal 6 support which is called Drupal vB. Anyone tested it out ? Cause the big negative issue with vbdrupal is it doesnt support Drupal 6.

I don't use vb, of course, but I do know the maintainer of http://drupal.org/project/drupalvb and he is very active and a good coder. I don't know who maintains the other one, but I can recommend anything Sun does. :)

Yeah it looked like solid
Yeah it looked like solid work. Gonna try it out. Working on a new big community in Norway so want to integrate a proper forum for it. Gonna check it out and post in Showcase when i have completed it :) Thanks !
Hey now...
No need to get insulting with that "proper forum" bit. :P vBulletin fills a need for huge sites that need a lot of admin / moderator control and fancy features but don't go dissing Drupal. We can do forums just fine that work well for 90% of folks needing forums.

True... but Michelle's
True... but Michelle's http://drupal.org/project/advanced_forum module (afaik, not used on d.o) does wonders with making drupal's core forum module behave like most expect forums to behave.

Yeah Advanced Forum really
Yeah Advanced Forum really looked like any other forum. Really nice :) But my problem is that i have an existing forum i need to take care of. And no modules support importing of it as i can see, not for Drupal 6 that is.
Depending on how you can
Depending on how you can export your existing forum, there's a new csv parser for the feedapi module that looks very promising for imports.

Nope
Not on d.o. Nor is it likely to be, unfortunately. Getting a module on d.o is a lot of work and not something I have the time to work towards.
