Block stopped refreshing on IE

Hi
I have a block that auto refreshesh every 7 seconds. It is on a live site and it wirked perfectly till a couple of days. Noe on FF the block is OK, but with IE it doesn't refresh. Please can nayone help or have an idea why is that happening. I really need to fix this as soon as I can.
