When I create a block with views for the video content type that I've created a embedded video field for it is not displaying in the block view.

No matter what display type I select within the block view it doesn't not display the field.
Any advice ?

make sure you have selected the new field in the 'fields' section of the view. is it displaying other information? make sure it's returning the proper nodes as well. you can always export the view to this issue, which would give slightly more information to work with.
