This issue seems relatively simple to solve, but I am having trouble finding any related documentation.

My question is - How can I choose multiple selections of terms (via taxonomy tree) as a user?

I created the tree according to my specifications, but I am having trouble finding a solution to allow multiple selections, (i.e. Health is a parent, if selected I would like the option to select the children as well, such as Diet, Disease, and Drug)

When creating new content I can select Health, and open the branches below Health, but when I click on 'Diet' for example, my selection of 'Health' moves to 'Diet'.

When I assemble the tree (in taxonomy manager) I can select/click whatever terms are available, and I would like this same functionality for when users select their appropriate taxonomy terms.

Is there a setting or a module I need to implement in order to accomplish this functionality?

I apologize in advance if this issue is just so simple that it blew right over my head...

if you are using the Taxonomy Tree widget in combination with the Content Taxonomy module, you have to change the field to a multiple field in the field administration (by selecting 'unlimited' in 'Number of values')
