I remember there was an option in the settings not to promote a node after a certain period of time. But now I can't find it. Where is it?

I'm pretty sure there was sch a feature: say for instance the promotion threshold is 6, and there's a node that is 4 months old (basically old news and by now irrelevant) and over time it gathers 6 votes, what will happen is that it will be promoted to the front page. But there should be an option that says, for instance, "no, even if it has reached the threshhold, don't promote nodes older than 28 days"

Is there such an option?
