We have a file for these already and I have no way of confirming whether they are valid or not. As much as I trust the two of you to create these files, I'm concerned about committing it and making a mistake.

Additionally in the past I have had problems trying to commit files which contain UTF8 characters :/

So, could one of you commit this? @pvasili - I see that you have cvs access. You have my permission to commit this.
