FFMPEG and windows

Hey everyone,

I know ffmpeg can work on windows however I'm having a difficult time in having it do so. I'm uploading flv files and am not getting a thumbnail from them, it also doesn't convert wmv files when I attempt to convert, even after running cron.

I have a feeling that the reason for the failure is where I'm pointing to for the bin files. I'm telling it to go to files/ffmpeg since I placed the ffmpeg folder in the files directory in drupal.

Any and all information is greatly appreciated and helpful. If you require any more information please do not hesitate to say and I will give you all the information that I possible can.
