I see the hook_hook_info() function appears to be there in user_relationships_api/user_relationships_api.actions.inc. A tab shows up admin/build/trigger/user_relationships_api, but it's empty... no triggers show up.

Yeah, reproduced this on fresh install of Drupal 6.9. Are there supposed to be triggers for UR-API? It would be extremely helpful.

User Relationships jumped on the Rules bandwagon along with everyone else.

Don't think there is enough demand left for this for any more action to happen here.
