Within Drupal 5, using this to activate FCKeditor produced several flaws, in that pop-up windows to edit links or insert images did not initialize properly. Possible conflict with something else within the system? HTML Purifier? As I have things set, it will block any Javascript code inserted into the content, but I didn't think it would be 'killing' the functions of FCKeditor itself! So many other things inside Drupal that I know are using Javascript work just fine. Very odd!
