I got error messagebox

An HTTP error 0 occurred. 
/filefield/ahah/picture/field_image/0

when i push "upload" button.
Only second/third/fourth try makes it work

i have it too.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _filefield_default_value() in /[...]/filefield_widget.inc on line 195.
