Clicking user details, phone field doesn't appear.

Kirk,

you should add all non-default fields manually on address format on settings page. Its because depending on the country, phone/fax and other fields are placed.

I've added !phone and !fax to the default address format and to the German address format. It displays exactly !phone and !fax but no phone number.

only now i noticed that i forgot to update phone/fax module into the new API. i will fix this now.
