Is there any documentation anywhere outside of the README? I simply cannot get this module to pull RSS feeds. Primarily, I imagine this is because I don't understand why there are Feed and Feed Item content types. What is the relationship between these content types and how do I set up a feed to display?

All I want to do is put this feed into my front page:
h
ttp://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&q=%22solar+energy%22&ie=UTF-8&nolr=1&output=rss

and I configure a Feed and a Feed Item the way I think maybe it should be, then run cron (no errors) and nothing happens.

Where can I get help with setting this up?

I have resolved my particular issue with the steps listed in this issue: http://drupal.org/node/218949

However, I would still like to see the larger issue of documentation addressed. I still cannot figure out what the relationship is between a Feed and Feed item, for example. I cannot see the need for a Feed Item content type which means that I still do not fully understand this module.
