form theme control

Does anyone have some hints on how to theme the form for this widget? It comes out in one format, where the label and textfield are on separate lines, label above textfield, and the textfield is the full available width.

I'd prefer it to have the label and a narrower textfield both on the same line.

Otherwise, the module works like a charm.
