I upgraded my website from 5 to 6 version , i put it on offline setting as written , but now it doesn't allow me to login

how to change offline to online from back end database , in which table it is?

i tried to login from http://www.yoursite.com?q=user but it didnt worked

I found we can do it by

going to variables table and change the site offline variable thanks for your time

Have you enabled clean URL??
