4.6 has been out for quite a while, and yet this page has never been updated:

Basically the whole page. The technique described opn that page for hiding a block from a give page is completely innaccurate. Try that in 4.6 and it won't do squat. ;)

I tagged the page in question for 4.5 and older. Added a link to the newer instructions in the handbook on a higher level. If anyone wants to contribute a more detailed page, please do so and reopen this issue.
