Release notes

Updated to the latest API spec from QuickPay.

Support for API method removed as per request of QuickPay. PBS does not allow sites to handle credit card data without an very extensive and expensive security procedure, so QuickPay relies on using the popup method. The popup window method has been improved, and all transaction handling is still available through API calls.
