Remove the CCK Builder Project

The form builder project (http://drupal.org/project/form_builder) is now actually functional and has a good amount of code in it. It is meant to be a general FAPI editor, which can provide all the functionality intended by this project. Unless there is good reason not to do so, I'd like to suggest this project be unpublished since it does not seem to provide anything at this point. I'd encourage you to join in development of Form Builder rather than having two projects with the same goal.
